Cay Humphryes, M.S. is passionate about living bully free. Cay has been a facilitator, educator, trainer, author and speaker for over 20 years. She is the Managing Principal of NW Strategies LLC, offering training, organizational development and human resources. She has been a Faculty Member for nearly a decade teaching classes such as Diversity, Research, Writing, Public Speaking and Team Development. She has also been a Mentor to Online Faculty Candidates, and on the Ethics Committee of an internationally known Online University. As Cay worked with organizations and adult students she saw the need and desire for an institute to help educate and organize programs for bully free living. As Cay is a noted speaker inspiring audiences for more than a decade, she is also the author of two books and hopes to ensure her young son will grow up in a bully free world.
